General Information:

The University of Illinois at Chicago CUPPA Hall is located at 412 S. Peoria Street near the intersection of Peoria and Van Buren, one block north of the Eisenhower expressway (I-290).

Getting here by "L" or Metra

CUPPA Hall is north of the UIC/Halsted stop on the Blue Line “L.” Exit at the west end of the platform and take a left at the station. Walk one block north to the first set of double doors on the left side of the street. Take the stairs up and take a left to Room 110.

If traveling by Metra, both the Northwestern/Ogilvie Transportation Center and Union Station are within walking distance of UIC, or follow bus directions.

To get here by bus

The number 60 Blue Island bus or the number 7 Harrison bus stops between Halsted and Morgan; walk across the Lot 9 Parking Lot towards the El stop at UIC-Halsted. Walk past the El stop one block to first set of doors on the left side.

Getting here by car

From the north/O'Hare Airport: Take the Kennedy Expressway, I-90 East. Continue on the Kennedy to the Dan Ryan, I-90/94 East then merge right into 290 West exit (West Suburbs). First exit is Morgan Street….exit at Morgan. Turn left (west) and travel one block to Morgan/Harrison Street parking lot...turn left into lot.

From the west: Take the Eisenhower Expressway (I-290) to the Racine Avenue exit. Turn right (south) to Harrison Street. Turn left (east) onto Harrison and proceed to Morgan. Turn left (north) on Morgan and turn immediate right into parking lot.

From the east: Take Harrison Street west to Morgan Street and turn right (north) on Morgan and turn immediate right into parking lot.

From the south: Take the Dan Ryan Expressway (I-90/I-94) and exit on Roosevelt Road. Turn left (west) on Roosevelt Road to Halsted Street; then turn right (north) on Halsted Street to Harrison Street. Take Harrison Street west to Morgan Street and turn right (north) on Morgan and turn immediate right into parking lot.

Parking

UIC pay parking available at the corner of Harrison and Morgan Street parking lot (Lot 9). Use pedestrian crossing over expressway/CTA to access CUPPA Hall. Limited on-street metered parking also nearby. http://www.uic.edu/depts/avcad/parking/eastmap.html
