Leadership Ethics for Nonprofit Professionals

This five-week course includes the following modules:

• Module I: Ethics and Accountability in the Nonprofit Sector Today: New Challenges for Nonprofit Leaders
• Module II: Exploring Leadership Ethics
• Module III: Exercising Ethical Judgment: How to Recognize and Resolve Ethical Dilemmas in the Workplace
• Module IV: Standards of Accountability: Establishing a Knowledge Base
• Module V: The Practice of Ethical Leadership: Creating an Ethical Culture in Your Organization

Special features of this course include: an ethical self-assessment for your organization; sample codes of ethics developed by other nonprofit organizations; work with a code of ethics template to develop a customized document for your organization; and links to the web’s best resources on ethics and nonprofit management
