Fundraising Management for Nonprofit Organizations: Planning, Managing and Evaluating the Fundraising Process

The course enables you to identify board, staff and volunteer roles and responsibilities, assess an organization's readiness to begin the fundraising process, assess long-range fundraising strategies and develop ways to monitor progress that will guide a nonprofit organization toward creating a sustainable fundraising effort.

This intensive five-week course explores the following topics:

  • What has to be in place before you raise money?
  • Identifying and assessing external factors for success
  • Developing a fundraising plan - Assessing strategies
  • From planning to implementation - Managing the unexpected
  • Evaluating your plan and staying on track - Creating a sustainable effort
