| As
the Comptroller for the Chicago Partnership for Health Promotion,
Mr. Martin is responsible for the creation monitoring
of the Program Budget for the partnership, the partnership
has approximately 4.5million dollars in program expenditures.
Martin coordinates the fiscal reporting to the Illinois Department
of Human Services and United States Department of Agriculture
for the partnership which includes the UICNI-DOC, La Rabida
Children's Hospital, Westside Health Authority and the Illinois
Coalition for School Based Health Centers. He also oversees fiscal operations for the UICNI Division of Community health.
As the
Associate Director of Fiscal Affairs, Mr. Martin is responsible
for budget preparation and monitoring for Mile Square Health
Center, a Federally Qualified Health Center affiliated with
the University of Illinois at Chicago Medical Center.
