| Ginger
White is a first-year Masters of Urban Planning and Policy
student. Born and raised in Atlanta, Georgia, she received
a bachelor's degree in Political Science from Xavier University
in Cincinnati, Ohio. After graduation, she returned to Atlanta
to work for the High Museum of Art during the special exhibition
period that coincided with the 1996 Centennial Olympic Games.
She then moved to Denver, Colorado where she landed her dream
job as Program and Marketing Manager at the Cherry Creek Arts
Festival, one of the nation's premiere fine arts and crafts
outdoor events. This past fall, she returned to the Midwest
to pursue her interest in urban planning with an emphasis
on economic development particularly as it relates to cultural
policy and the arts. Ginger enjoys attending arts-related
events, being outdoors, rollerblading, hiking, snowshoeing,
urban adventures, exploring new places and carousing with
friends. |
