| Nancy
Tartt is originally from New York City; here she began
her career in the health profession. Tartt received her
Bachelor of Science degree from Syracuse University and
her Master's of Science from City College of New York. Her
responsibilities include assisting in initiating new university/community
partnerships. Nancy participates in the selection, development
and evaluation of program directors. She is also responsible
for overseeing evaluation activities of the REACH 2010 program.
