Paula Henderson is responsible for the management of a multidisciplinary Division including management of grants and contracts, human resources and supervision of staff and programs assigned to the west campus office of the UIC Neighborhoods Initiative. This includes developing and maintaining the financial management and reporting system for the Division of Community.

Paula has been with the University of Illinois at Chicago for 11 years in the following positions: Information Service Supervisor, Grants & Contracts Administrator I & II. She has worked at the Mile Square Health Center with the REACH Case Management Program and later worked in the Finance Department. In 1996, Paula began working directly with Dr. Cynthia Barnes-Boyd in her newly created department, the Division of Community Health.
