Project Description
This fund provided resources for rehabbing 1-4 unit homes in the Pilsen and NWS communities, as matched by the City of Chicago. It helped to facilitate structural improvements, lead paint abatement, and energy improvements in one-to-four unit residential buildings owned by Pilsen and Near West residents.
