GCI Faculty Scholar Moira Zellner will present her research over the past year to implement a pilot project for participatory modeling and solution-building around issues of urban sustainability in the Chicago metropolitan area using exploratory computational tools such as agent-based models. Her research is in partnership with faculty, researchers, planners, community members, and local officials of a rapidly urbanizing Chicago suburb.
