Registration Fee
The registration fee of $35 includes continental breakfast and lunch. A reduced fee of $15 is available for students with a verification of student status.

To Register By Fax or Mail
Checks or money orders should be payable to University of Illinois (U.S. Dollars only). UI Interdepartmental/Miscellaneous vouchers will be accepted with department CFOPAL number and authorizing signature only. There is $25 service charge for all returned checks. All payments are nonrefundable.
