Online Learning Opportunities For Nonprofit Organizations

 The Great Cities Institute and IT Resource Center are hosting an
informative presentation to explain the growing field of online learning
and how nonprofits can use this new technology to improve their
organizations.  Everyone is invited to come learn about this on Tuesday,
April 24 at the Great Cities Institute.  Since the speakers will be
presenting at noon, you are encouraged to bring your lunch.
 

Why Online Learning?

   * There are a tremendous variety of classes being offered by
universities across the country (and the world!).

   * People have the chance to do their class work, around their own busy
schedules.

 Topics Covered:

 Online learning programs available now: from a wide range of training
facilities and universities find out what options are available.

   * What are the computer requirements for the classes Hardware,
Software, Basic Skills?

   * Who can benefit from these classes?
