Voorhees Awarded Two Year Pilot Grant

The Nathalie P. Voorhees Center for Neighborhood and Community Improvement is one of five awardees to receive a two year pilot grant from the EXPORT Center involving four Chicago community areas and two rural communities that have documented health disparities.  "Engaging Underserved Communities to Reduce Health Disparities" will investigate different strategies and approaches used by community based organizations working with communities to address disparities in the built environment and how they may also contribute to improved overall community health.

Alumni Association Revisits Regionalism on April 26

CUPPA Alumni will host the third and final event of their Opposing Viewpoints Spring Speakers Series on April 26, 2005 at the very convenient location of the Illini Center, 200 S.
