Pagano, Interim Dean, College of Urban Planning and Public Affairs RE: Campus Interviews for Director of IRRPP The search committee for the Director of IRRPP, with the support of the college and campus community, has identified two outstanding finalists who will interview on campus in the coming weeks. I am pleased to announce the following finalists, along with the dates of their visits to UIC: Yvette Alex-Assensoh, PhD – April 17 – April 18, 2008 Associate Professor, Department of Political Science Yvette Alex-Assensoh will present her background and research interests as well as her vision for the future of IRRPP at a public forum on Thursday April 17, 10:30am-12pm in CUPPAH Room 110. Tyrone Forman, PhD – April 30 – May 1, 2008 (confirmed) Associate Professor, Department of African American Studies Tyrone Forman will present at a public forum on Wednesday, April 30 11:00-12:30 in the GCI conference room. I am grateful to the members of the search committee, chaired by Victoria Chou, Dean of the College of Education, for their excellent work in identifying these candidates.
