UTC Professor Emeritus Scoot Quoted in Discussion About New I-294 Interchange

Siim Soot, professor emeritus and researcher in the Urban Transportation Center in the
College of Urban Planning and Public Affairs, is quoted in the Franklin Park
Herald-Journal on the need for a complex arterial interchange at I-294 and North Avenue.
