Public Administration

Public Administration Career Fair

The PA Program is inviting representatives from organizations in the Chicago area who are recruiting for full- and part-time positions as well as internships. This is a great opportunity for students to secure a chance to gain meaningful experience in the field of public administration as well as to practice interviewing skills. Last years career fair brought recruiters from a vast assortment of agencies; some examples include Chicago Transit Authority (CTA), U.S. General Services Administration (GSA), Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), U.S. Social Security Administration (SSA), City of Chicago, Planned Parenthood, Village of Palos Park, U.S. Office of Personnel Management (OPM), and U.S. Railroad Retirement Board (RRB). This year, CUPPA will hold the PA and UPP career fairs simultaneously (but on separate floors in CUPPA) to allow for students in both programs to meet with all employers in attendance. More information on confirmed employers that will be in attendance will be posted in the coming weeks.
