PROGRAM STRUCTURE

The e-Government certificate program is intended to provide public administrators at the local, state and federal levels with a greater understanding of how to manage e-Government applications. Participants will gain sufficient knowledge of the underlying technologies to adequately oversee the work of technical personnel and to help them identify opportunities for gains in operational efficiency and effectiveness. To earn the certificate, students must complete three of the five courses for a total of 12 credit hours.
