Program Design 13-week program
Topics include teller training, work environment protocols, and general life skills issues. Each session is limited to 25 students, and fewer than one in four applicants to the program are accepted. Participants must have a high school diploma or its equivalent, pass reading and math competency tests, and an interview test with bank executives.
