Program Title	Finance and Insurance Partnership

Current Status	Running a class of 15 students, another fifteen to start at beginning of year
Objectives	Develop quality jobs and a quality workforce in finance and insurance industry
Target Population	W2 sponsored jobs Low skilled entry level workers incumbent workers at max of job because lack skills to move into other positions.
Providers/Partners	Madison Area Technical College Dane County Job Center Dane County Cooperative Education Services- Agency 2/School-to-Work Consortium Wisconsin DWD-Division of continuing Education and Work Employers and labor unions in insurance and finance

Results	First class graduated in July, 1998 a second is scheduled to graduate fall 1998, and a new class will start first of the year.
Program Costs	$3,000, all covered by the employer.
