Instruction Guides for Downloading Free ESRI Software from WebStore
Currently only ArcGIS Version 10 is advertised on UI Webstore. To obtain earlier versions of the software, contact UI Webstore directly at webstore@illinois.edu and request what you need. It takes about 1 day to get software to you.
