Poster session takes place in the Book Fair which draws a continuous crowd
of attendees.

Poster Set Up: Monday 10:00am - 3:00pm
Authors Available for Questions:
Wednesday 7:00a.m. – 8:00a.m.
Authors Available for Questions: Thursday 7:00a.m. – 8:00a.m.
Poster Break Down: Friday, 7:00am - 8:00am
While this may not seem like the ideal time for attending to your posters, the morning time frame is when continental breakfast is served in the Book Fair. You should have a crowd of folks hovering around munching sticky buns and sipping coffee! Café tables are set in the Book Fair so folks spend time in the room reviewing books for purchase, meeting friends, or catching up on work.
Dimensions
of Your Poster
The bulletin boards are eight (8) feet wide by four (4) feet
tall. We anticipate two posters per bulletin board, so please work on
a poster that fits a 4 foot by 4 foot space at a maximum. Posters are
attached to the board using push pins. If these guidelines
are impossible for your work, please let us know by sending an email to
ddodd@acsp.org.
Breakdown
Please collect
your poster on Thursday afternoon. Friday morning will be the ½
price book sale and last minute clean-up of the Fair area by staff. We
can not be responsible for the collection, storage and return of your
poster.
