What is the Urban Planning & Policy
Internship Connection?
The Internship Connection is a way for your organization to easily connect with students in UIC’s Masters of Urban Planning and Policy (MUPP) program. Prior to the event, we will schedule interviews with students who are interested in working with your organization, based on information about the organization and internship that you provide us. We will also be hosting a “speed dating” session during the day to give you a chance to meet with students that are interested in working for you but because of time constraints could not schedule a full interview.
The Internship Connection is held in mid-spring at the Department of Urban Planning and Policy, 412 S. Peoria St., Suite 215. There will be a break for lunch and the speed interviews from 1 to 2 p.m. You can elect to come for the entire day or a portion of it. Parking will be provided.
