To complete your application for degree-standing admission to the MUPP or PhD program,please send the following materials to the UPP Admission Office at the address below.
Do not send any of these materials to the UIC Office of Admissions and Records although you will be prompted to do so at the application screen online. The UPP Program will send transcripts and applications to the UIC Office of Admissions and Records.
