Grubb & Ellis, Market Researcher/Databse Coordinator-Entry Level

An entry-level position at one the nation’s largest commercial real estate firms. The primary task will be to research, maintain and generate market reports from the Chicago-area property database. With a focus on office properties, the position will entail researching real estate transactions, corporate announcements and economic trends to improve Grubb & Ellis research capabilities and to assist brokerage staff with transactions. Other tasks include creating a daily real estate headlines communication and business intelligence reports.

This position provides the background for movement into researcher/analyst, transactions and corporate services within Grubb & Ellis. The idea candidate will posses good communications skills and flexibility. A bachelor’s degree and some work experience are preferred.
