Client Services Office

The Client Services Office (CSO) is part of UIC's Academic Computing and Communications Center, and was set up in the spring of 1994 to address the computer support needs of the UIC community. These services include ACCC site-licensed software sales, statistical software support, on-site service calls for machine repairs or software installation through our Micro Repair Office, ACCCeSS Helpdesk, ACCC computer lab reservations, assistance with netid and common password requests, and more.

To contact us:

  • Visit any ACCC computer lab or our main office in SELE 2267 (Science and Engineering Laboratories - East). We are located on the second floor. Entrance to the building is made from the central walkway which splits SEL into east and west sides or through ERF (Engineering Research Facility). Our office hours are 9am to 5pm Monday through Friday, with the exception of Wednesday when we close at 4pm.
  • Call (312) 413-0003. Phone support is available on weekdays 9am - 7pm, with the exception of Wednesdays 9 am - 4pm, 6pm - 7pm.

Client Services Office is one of the largest undergraduate student employers at UIC. We typically only hire once or twice a year (before the summer/fall term and before the spring term).
