Do all five steps. You will have UIC email and two passwords when you are done.

+ Step 1 NetID & Password
+ Step 2 Mailserv
Do you own a mailserv account?
Let's check.
- In the "My Email" box at the top left:
- Click "Create Your UIC Email/Calendar Account"
- Select the LOGIN button.
- Login with your UIC netid and common password.
- Look under Existing Accounts.
- Does it say Mailserv? Great!
- Close that window and skip to Step 3 below
- Look under New Accounts.
- Does it say Mailserv?
- Select Mailserv and click the "Create Account" button.
- Does it say Success!? Great!
- Close that window and go to Step 3.
+ Step 3 Mailrouting
Where is your uic.edu email going? Let's check.
- In the "My Email" box at the top left:
- Click "Email Forwarding"
- Login with your UIC netid and common password.
- Check or change your email forwarding.
- Close that window and go to Step 4.
+ Step 4 EnterpriseID & Password
I already set my Enterprise Password.
- Click the "Registration" tab at the top.
- Click "Student Self-Service" on the right.
- Does it say "Welcome"? Great!
- Don't close this window! Just skip to step 5.
- If not, select "Click here to reset your password" on the bottom right.
- Login with your UIC email address, like "netid@uic.edu" and common password.
- Create an Enterprise Password. Try to make it the same as your common password.
- When you are successful, close that window and go to Step 5.
+ Step 5 Emergency Contact
Login to my.UIC.
- Click the "Registration" tab at the top.
- Click "Student Self-Service" on the right.
- Click Personal Information.
- Click Emergency Contact.
- Click New Contact.
- Create a new Emergency Contact.
Make sure an Orientation leader confirms your successful login!
Be sure you completed ALL the steps! Close all browser windows when you are done!
