Step 1 NetID & Password
I already created my Common Password.
I never set my Common Password.
I forgot my Common Password.
Step 2 Email
Do you own a mailserv account?
Let's check.
- Select the LOGIN button.
- Use your UIC netid and common password to login.
- Create a mailserv account if one doesn't yet exist:
- Look under Existing Accounts.
- Does it say Mailserv? Great!
- Look to the right of there. There is a Blue Link that says: (change mail routing)
- Click there to edit the location where your netid@uic.edu email is being delivered!
- Skip to Step 3 below
- Look under New Accounts.
- Does it say Mailserv?
- Select the round button next to Mailserv and then click the "Create Account" button.
- Does it say Success!? Great!
- The third blue link on the left says Change Email Routing.
- Click there to edit the location where your netid@uic.edu email is being delivered!
- Read the options for Mailrouting. If you have any questions, raise your hand for help!
Step 3 EnterpriseID & Password
I already know my Enterprise Password.
I never set an Enterprise Password, or I forgot it.
Step 4 Emergency Contact
Log in to Enterprise (Web for Student).
- Click Personal Information.
- Click Emergency Contact.
- Click New Contact.
- Create a new Emergency Contact.
- Click Exit and Close the Browser when you are done!
Make sure an Orientation leader confirms your successful login!
Have netid? EID? Mail routed to mailserv? If so, you're finished! Please let the next student start the process.
