Planned downtime

On Saturday February 11, 2012 from 5:30AM until NOON ACCC-Telecommunications will perform an upgrade on the Octel Voice Mail System (ext. 3-9500). All Automated Attendants and voice mail boxes will be down during this period.

If your automated attendant requires coverage during this time please forward your phones to another number.

Procedure to forward your call:

  • Pick up handset dial 107 (cancelling any previous forwarding) wait for the stutter tone then hang up.

  • Pick up handset and dial 106 to forward to another number (ex. on campus 106 + 5 digit campus number), (ex. off campus 106 +9 +1 +area code + 7 digit number).

This outage does not affect any Cisco VoIP phones.

ACCC-Telecommunications apologizes for any inconvenience this outage may cause.

ACCC Echo360 Server Maintenance
  • Expected downtime: 8PM on 2/10/2012 to 6AM 2/13/2012
  • Services affected: UICast and Echo360 Lecture Capture viewing
  • Actions: Repair corrupt files/drives on server due to power outage

A change to Exchange we made on December 16 has been backed out of. This change affects these users:

Outlook Web App (OWA)
Exchange Active Sync (Affects iPhones, iPads, and Android-based mobile devices; Blackberries not be affected.)

OWA now has the old look once again.

Exchange 2007 users are not affected by this change.
