ACME Service List

New ACME Services: $200 per year service fee.

There are two aspects of ACME; Purchasing an ACCC ACME recommended computer, listed here, and the purchase of our yearly ACME support.

Upon the purchase of our recommended computer, the new computer is eligible for the new ACME Service. The ACME Service is hardware and software support as long as the computer has maintained its original operating system and hardware. This $200/yr service must be purchased at the same time the computer is purchased.

Hardware Support entitles on-site troubleshooting. Part ordering and replacement with Lenovo RMA. Apple computers can be taken to the Downtown store for further troubleshooting and service. Data backup if possible.

The ACME service entails initial computer setup and data transfer from a previous computer if needed (OS setup process, data transfer, install software from Server Services, setup/transfer email accounts, preferences/bookmarks/settings, etc.,), assistance with peripheral hardware (printer, scanner, camera, etc.,), laptop loaner, remote support via teamviewer, data backup/recover for OS problems.

Software Support entitles the new computer software licenses and software setup and troubleshooting support, virus/spyware/malware scan removal, and network connectivity, online data backup, etc,.
