Faculty selected for FY08A

To select the machine that you would like to receive, complete these steps:

1. Find your name on the FY08A list of faculty (Note: There might be issues with Safari browser, so please use Firefox or Internet Explorer).
2. Click on the LOGIN link that appears next to your name.
3. Enter your NetID and password as prompted.
4. Once authenticated, you will then be presented with a form to fill out. You will be asked to enter the following info:
   1. The machine you prefer (the configuration of machines available can be found here)
   2. Whether or not you need assistance in installing the machine once it arrives
   3. The actual/exact address where your office is located. This is the address where the machine will be delivered.
      It is very important that the specified address be accurate in order to avoid delays in getting your new machine.
5. Once you have completed the form, click on the Submit button.
6. To verify that you have successfully selected a machine, check the FY08A list again (be sure to click on the refresh button on your browser to make sure you are looking at the latest version of the information). If you have successfully made your selection, the last column will display: You have already selected your preferences.
