Software Installation

Although these instructions are for an installation on a machine running Win95, the questions and answers are similar on all platforms.

1) First, you will need to agree to license terms

2) The following screen appears. The information about name and company name are picked up from your machine setup information. Click Next to continue.

3) Click Yes to continue.

4) Select either Standard install or Notes Designer for Domino. Notes Designer for Domino is an enhanced Notes client that includes special support for developers building applications for delivery by the Domino server to both Notes clients and Web browsers.

Select the drive and directory where you would like to install Notes and the data directory.

5) Choose Folder where you would like to place the Notes related icons.

6) Make sure that you have no other programs running, then click YES to begin installation.

7) Click on done. Next, you need to start the setup.
