Oct 31 2007 - Keyserv has been rebooted & is available.

Oct 31 2007 - One of the mailserv backend server require rebooting at 7:15am Halloween. Some accounts will be unavailable until it is back up.

Oct 31 2007 - Keyserv is unavailable as of 4pm. A solution is being worked on.

Oct 20 2007 - Webmail was out between 11.40 and 11.50 am approximately on Saturday 20th October 2007, when one of it's servers required a reboot.

Oct 18 2007 - Tonight, 10/18/2007, at 5:30 PM we we'll be testing VoIP's backup long distance connection. This change should not affect any active calls. If you experience any VoIP long distance call errors after the test please email VoIP@UIC.EDU with the error message you received and the area code.

Oct 09 2007 - A U-Print FAQ has been updated to reflect the recent changes made in ACCC labs re: printing services. Which labs are running Pharos 6? Pharos 7? Are job costs different between the two systems? What happened to my quota? These and other more routine questions about U-Print (UIC's implementation of the Pharos printing system) are answered.

Oct 08 2007 - The ACCC Computer Training Workshop schedule for this week and for the rest of the session is below. Some of the workshoops are already filled, but others have seats available. (Faculty and staff who cannot attend the full group sessions on Dreamweaver and Photoshop can request one-on-one training at the ITL)

Oct 08 2007 - We are currently unable to communicate with Banner. This will cause problems for netid activation, pbupdate and other programs that may need to communicate with Banner to function.

Oct 06 2007 - U-print is now working as of 5:35 pm.

Oct 01 2007 - Tigger will be DOWN tonight, Monday October 1 from 10PM to 12Midnight for emergency hardware maintenance.

We are having problems with a disk controller card. Unfortunately this is the controller for the boot disk, so fixing it requires downtime. It's currently running in reduced mode on a backup controller, but if there's any problem there the whole system would crash, so we need to fix this right away.
