Jun 16 2004 - We experienced problems after applying security patches to the RealMedia server. We expect to have the server up at roughly 2pm. We regret any inconveniences caused by this outage. |

Jun 16 2004 - minos, the machine running the RealNetworks Helix Streaming Server, will be down on Wednesday morning for necessary operating system upgrades. This is happening during the scheduled maintenance period for ITL services, each Wednesday morning 5am-9am, during which time our services may be taken down without advance warning. |
