The ITL is located at the ACCC main offices in the Benjamin Goldberg Research Center (BGRC), on the West campus. BGRC is a three-story red-brick building located at 1940 West Taylor Street (northeast corner of Taylor and Damen).

Parking is available in the pay lot east of BGRC, or at metered spaces along Taylor and Damen streets.
