ITL Faculty Development Weeks -- Fall 2004

Week 12: Monday - Friday, November 8 - 12

The Instructional Technology Lab is presenting its annual Faculty Development Weeks program the first two (2) weeks of November, 2004, with a series of technology and pedagogy sessions for beginning, intermediate and advanced users of learning technology. All presentations and hands-on sessions will be held in the Chicago Circle Center (CCC), on the east campus, from 10am until 1pm except for Wed Nov 10th, the Mobile Computing day will be held in the Chicago Illini Union (CIU) on the west campus .

Monday, November 8th features a special day on Blended Learning with expert panel presentations from UIC faculty and administrators, and guest speakers from other leading institutions.

Wednesday, November 10th features a day dedicated to Mobile Computing with technology presentations, demonstrations and exhibits of Tablet PCs, PDAs (including Pocket PCs and Palm devices), SmartPhones, notebook computers, Wi-Fi wireless networking, network projectors, and other mobile computing hardware and application software.
