In order to utilize the Blackberry service, the device must have an Enterprise Data plan. ACCC is not responsible for the cost of the enterprise data plan.

Client Activation Fee: For each Blackberry device to be connected to our Exchange server, a client activation fee will be charged.
Fee - $25 one-time fee
Monthly Fee: There is no monthly fee for the Blackberry service.
Setup
We will work with the individual Blackberry user to set up the device as part of the activation fee. If needed, it may require the Blackberry user to come to SEL in order to perform the setup. However, most of the time the activation can be done remotely.
To request Blackberry service, contact lan@uic.edu stating that you would like Blackberry service and provide the following information:
Name of user
Netid
Blackberry Device PIN number
Device Serial Number (IMEI/MEID)
CFOAP to be charged=====
To locate the personal identification number (PIN), International Mobile Equipment Identity (IMEI) number, electronic serial number (ESN), or Mobile Equipment Identifier (MEID) number on your BlackBerry smartphone, complete the following steps:
1. On the BlackBerry smartphone Home screen, click - Options.
2. Click Status.Note: The Options icon might be located in a different location on the Home screen depending on which theme is in use, or whether the icon has been moved to a different folder. If the Options icon is not visible on the Home screen, it might be located in the Settings folder.
