Classroom Operating Group
The Classroom Operating Group (COG) is a set of departments that together handle all aspects of the UIC learning environments. This management is a shared responsibility, with each department being tasked with operating specific elements of the learning environments. The members of COG are: Learning Environments & Technology Services, Office of Campus Learning Environments, Office of Classroom Scheduling, and Facilities Management. Each department works closely with the others so that they all can provide the best services to the UIC community. Therefore, there is no need to contact a department individually, instead you can simply email classrooms@uic.edu to reach any/all members.

You can email classrooms@uic.edu to report an issue, and a service request will be submitted for you.
Other Departments:
The Instructional Technology Lab, the Disability Resources Office, and the Teaching & Learning Center are other departments that also provide support for certain aspects of the learning environments, but in a more specialized manner. These departments are not members of COG.
