On Saturday February 11, 2012 from 5:30AM until NOON ACCC-Telecommunications will perform an upgrade on the Octel Voice Mail System (ext. 3-9500). All Automated Attendants and voice mail boxes will be down during this period.
If your automated attendant requires coverage during this time please forward your phones to another number.
Procedure to forward your call:

Pick up handset dial 107 (cancelling any previous forwarding) wait for the stutter tone then hang up.

Pick up handset and dial 106 to forward to another number (ex. on campus 106 + 5 digit campus number), (ex. off campus 106 +9 +1 +area code + 7 digit number).
This outage does not affect any Cisco VoIP phones.
