The ADN Computer Center gives short seminars on a regular basis, many of which include hands-on experience. Computer Center seminars are generally held in one of two locations: Room 2249 SEL, 840 West Taylor, and Room 179 BGRC, 1940 West Taylor. No registration is required for these free seminars; they are open to any member of the UIC community.

The ADN Computer Center seminar schedule for the current academic session is released shortly before it begins. During Fall Semester, 1994, the following seminars are being given:

General: Introduction to the Computer Center, Internet Tools

On personal computer applications: WordPerfect, Introduction to Eudora, Introduction to Quattro Pro, Introduction to Paradox

On UNIX: Basic UNIX, Basic vi

On CMS: Introduction to CMS, Introduction to XEDIT, CMS Mail

On personal computer operating systems: Introduction to Mac System 7, Introduction to Windows
