Like the student phone statements, which were moved to the Web last year, departmental
and unit phone bills from (about) the past six months are now available on the
Web. And only on the Web.
To see yours, go to the ACCC home page
(http://www.uic.edu/depts/accc/),
select Telecom, and
then select Departmental Phone Bills
under Financial Services. The phone bills are secure, of course, so the
first thing you'll do is login with Bluestem using your netid and tigger, icarus,
or mailserv password. After you login, an overall summary will be displayed,
for the most recent month, of all the accounts and phone numbers that you're
authorized to look at.
Who's authorized?
In each department or unit, we pre-authorized only the person that we sent the old hardcopy bills to, which in many cases is the business manager. Anyone authorized for an account or number can authorize other people to view that account or number, so your business manager most likely can authorize you to see your own phone bills.
When should I look?
We'll send an email message to everyone authorized for any
account or phone number each time we load new data.
How do I use it?
Click the yellow Help button at the top of the left frame to open a short Phone Bills FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions). The FAQ opens in a separate browser window, so you can read the FAQ as you use the site. Also, the site uses frames; if you decide to print something, remember to click in its frame before you click Print.
Comments? Questions? Send email to phoneproblems@uic.edu or call (312)355-1672.
Include your name, netid, and phone number.
