- Identify and make contact with all Y2K Unit Coordinators
in the building.
- Determine who has master keys and where they are kept
for the building.
- Work with other units in the building, at unit head level,
to determine the essential staff needed for the first weekend in 2000. Communicate
list and any special needs to campus Y2K team.
- Check building-related equipment that O&M (UIUC)
or Facilities Management (UIC) (and departments, if appropriate) is not investigating
to identify time-sensitive logic controls. These could include, but are not
limited to, alarms, controllers, lighting and emergency lighting, security
systems, and specific other equipment. /li>
