Forms-Design View

If you need to make changes to your form, you can click on the Design View button, much like you do for changing tables. You will then get a screen similar to this, including a Toolbox for adding items.

If you wish to move a field in the form, you can click and drag the item. You can also use the vertical or horizontal rulers to select several items in the form. When a field is selected, it will have boxes surrounding it called resize handles. These can be used to expand or contract the size of the field. <Click here> to see a demonstration of fields being selected and resized. (1.05 MB)

When fields are selected, you can also format them with different fonts, sizes, backgrounds, and colors. The Formatting toolbar has several buttons to assist you.

<Click here> to see a video demonstration of field labels being formatted. (1.33 MB)
