Optimization eliminates multiple copies of graphic
objects and removes all elements you deleted while editing,
thus ensuring smaller files. It also prepares for page-at-a-time
download.
To establish Security options, choose Standard security
and click Settings. Pick whether you want to allow
or prevent:
- opening without password
- printing the document
- selecting text and graphics
- annotating the document
- changing the document
You will need to provide a password to protect these security
options. Always keep a local copy without password, in case
you forget it!
