By hitting [CTRL]-[Y] on your keyboard, you invoke Directory Services. This gives you the ability to look up someone's name at UIC. However, this must be configured with UIC's directory server.
To set up the UIC directory services, click on the Ph Registered Driver under the Protocols section and click on the "New Database" button. Fill in the information under the General tab as shown below:
Once completed, you can then type in a name under the Query text box and search for the name. If you are uncertain of the spelling, you can use an asterisk (*) as a wildcard character. If you know the email address, but not the name, type it in as "alias=emailaddress." Click here to see a video demo of the last name "Murphy" being queried. (418K)
