Typically, you want to write your name and possibly your email address at the bottom of every message you send. The Signature Tab on the Navigation Window allows you to create a text file that is appended to the bottom of every message that you send.

This is a listing of signature files. To create a new one, simply right-click the Navigation Window and choose New. Once you have written it, you can close it, giving it a name when prompted by Eudora |
For courtesy, a signature file should have three dashes in it's first line to distinguish it from the rest of the message. You should also limit your signature file to no more than 3-4 lines after the dashes. You can put whatever information you see fit, such as your name, email address, department, or a personal Web page.
This is a good example of a standard signature file
---Of course, many people customize their signature file to be a little more fun.
