One of
the most important items that many people do not know about
in PowerPoint is the ability to alter or add elements to the
entire presentation at the same time. You can use a SLIDE
MASTER to do this. In PowerPoint, you can access the Slide
Master under the View|Master|Slide Master menu.

You can
make any font, size, format, bullet, or graphic changes you
wish. The changes will then be reflected in all slides of
the presentation. <Click
here> to see a video demonstration of this, as we remove
part of the mulit-color graphic at the left side of the slide.

It should
be noted that if you make changes to an individual slide,
it will overwrite any changes that you make to the Slide Master.
If you
wish to put slide numbers or other text as a footer in your
presentation, you can do it in the Slide Master. The View|Header
and Footer menu will assist you with this.
