Running the Slide Show

You can start the show at any point by clicking on the Slide Show View button at the bottom-left of the PowerPoint screen. (It is also located under the Slide Show toolbar.) If you are running the show manually, you must either click or hit a keystroke to advance the slides, go backwards, or skip to certain slides. The following dialog box shows you the keystrokes and mouse clicks that can be used while running a slide show. (If you are in the middle of the slide show, the [F1] key on your keyboard brings up this dialog box.)
