Preparing the Slide Show

Running the Slide Show

You can start the show at any point by clicking on the Slide Show View button at the bottom-left of the PowerPoint screen. Slide Show View button at the bottom of the PowerPoint screen (It is also located under the Slide Show toolbar.) If you are running the show manually, you must either click or hit a keystroke to advance the slides, go backwards, or skip to certain slides. The following dialog box shows you the keystrokes and mouse clicks that can be used while running a slide show. (If you are in the middle of the slide show, the [F1] key on your keyboard brings up this dialog box.)
