seminar illustrates basic Web page and graphic design concepts
and techniques. It will cover ideal Web design goals, graphical
elements, image compression, page layout and navigation, Web
page user interfaces, browser issues, and overall techniques
for making well-design pages that are platform and browser-independent.
It also introduces the new Dynamic HTML technology for creating
next generation hypermedia.
