  RT is a commercial and open source product, and comes with its own documentation. This is really the place to start, because the local UIC docs are only for local issues.
  • Best Practical -- Home page with product descriptions, docs, lists, the works.
  • RT Wiki - A Wiki for the RT community. For more advanced admins and developmers, this has a good FAQ, HowTo section, and so on. But it's fairly new, so coverage is inconsistent.
