Note: In order to run the TRIP test a few changes (in addition to those
      for INITEX) must be applied to the WEB file. The file
      TRIPTEX CMS-CHAN contains just these additional changes. It must
      be merged into INITEX CMS-CHAN in the sense that the changes in
      TRIPTEX CMS-CHAN are applied to a hypothetical WEB file which is
      the result of applying the changes in INITEX CMS-CHAN to TEX WEB.
      The same is true for BTRIPTEX CMS-CHAN and BINITEX CMS-CHAN.
