UICalendar Utilities: Departmental Web Calendars

If you are a departmental REACH person, or if you own a departmental UICalendar calendar, you will see some extra functions in the UICalendar Utilities that will allow you to create (REACH people) and manage (calendar owners) departmental calendars.
